Do I need to make repairs before selling?
No. We evaluate the property as-is, including needed repairs, cleanout, or deferred maintenance.
How is a cash offer calculated?
We consider recent comparable sales, the property’s condition, repair and holding costs, transaction expenses, market risk, and the return needed for us to take on the project.
Will I pay commissions or fees?
We do not charge a real-estate commission when we buy directly, and we generally cover ordinary closing costs. Any unusual title or payoff items are explained before you agree to anything.
How quickly can a sale close?
Some purchases can close in about seven days after title work is ready. You can also choose a later date that better fits your move.
